Mental Health First Aid is a training that teaches skills to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis. The training is free to all CCS students, faculty, and staff. Participants learn about symptoms, crisis response, and active listening skills to support many mental health disorders, including: Depression; Anxiety, Trauma; Psychosis; and Substance Abuse.
Pre-registration is required and course seating is limited to 15 participants.
