Eligibility Requirements

In submitting this application, candidates acknowledge that CCS officials will verify eligibility.

To be eligible for a student officer position, you must:
- Be enrolled in and complete at least 6 credit hours each quarter during your term of service.
- Maintain at least a 2.0 Term GPA as well as a 2.0 Cumulative GPA.
- Must be Work Study eligible and/or Work Study awarded (depending on position).
- If you are an International Student, please check in with Global Education to ensure that all appropriate work visa paperwork is completed.

Selection Process

If you are interested in more than one position, please identify your first preference.

There will be stages of the interview process for these positions. You will be emailed to schedule your interview time upon eligibility review and based upon your preferred position. Please keep an eye out for an email from studentlife@scc.spokane.edu.
Any vacancies in positions after the initial selection process for the academic term/year will be reviewed and interviewed on a rolling basis as applications are submitted.
Specific job titles and duties may change depending on a candidate’s skills and strengths.
If you are not selected for your preferred position, you may be considered for others.
All official terms for student officers for the upcoming academic year will start in June of the current academic year and will run through June of the following Spring quarter; with trainings in August and early September and possible additional trainings/required events to be between October – April.
