MyMath Test Activation Request
Introduction:  
  • This form is only for CURRENT SFCC students who need to complete their math placement test.
  • Once activated, you will have 16-weeks to access UNLIMITED practice tests and TWO chances to attempt the placement test.
  • PRACTICE and TEST!
    • This FAQ Document will answer frequently asked questions about MyMath Test.
    • Drop-in testing dates are posted in the “Announcements” page on your MMT homepage. No appointment necessary!
  • Utilize FREE MATH TUTORING in the Math Learning Center! Please view the Welcome to Math Learning Center Video for more information.
Instructions:  
  • YOU MUST pay the $30 placement testing fee BEFORE submitting the online form or the request will be denied. The fee can be paid at the Cashiers in Building 17 or over the phone at 509-533-3569.
  • Double check the form before submitting. Incorrect emails and Student ID Number typos will cause the request to be denied.
